Discover the best Spain gyms for backpackers and travellers looking to stay fit and healthy
As a budget traveller who wants to make the most of their trip but is also severely addicted to the gym and keeping healthy, it can be so tempting to splash out that little bit extra for a hotel with a gym.
However, when it comes to most hotel gyms they can be bitterly disappointing with most usually just having a treadmill and some 2kg dumbells which aren’t ideal if you are looking to build muscle and progressively overload.
So your next point of call may be to hit up the local Spanish gym and get a day pass to carry on with your daily workout until you move on to the next Spanish city if you are travelling across the Land of the Sun. Then again, these gyms may only be exclusive to members, cost an arm and leg to get into or simply not offer a day pass.
Yet again, not ideal for fitness fanatics who are travelling across Spain!
Therefore, after backpacking across Spain as fitness freaks who cannot go a day without hitting the gym for that sweet pump, we have created a list of seven of the best gyms in Spain that we have visited whilst our time away in some of the best destinations in Spain.
7 Great Gyms in Spain You Need To Visit
